South County Teaching and Demo Garden

This demonstration garden was moved from St. Louise Hospital in Gilroy to this location in San Martin in 2022, and is currently being developed. We're in the process of preparing planting beds. If you're interested in visiting a more mature garden, consider visiting our garden at Martial Cottle Park.

Directions: the garden is located between the Sheriff's Dept. building and the SCC Animal Services center.

Visiting hours: The garden is accessible for viewing at any time. Our workday is Monday from 9 am–noon, except for holidays & rainy days. We welcome community volunteers on our workdays to work and learn side-by-side with us.
