Cucurbits were amongst the earliest cultivated plants! They include cucumbers, squashes including pumpkins, melons, and watermelons. Everything you've wanted to know about growing Cucurbits but were afraid to ask!

What causes bitterness in cucumbers? Do cantaloupes cross-pollinate with other vine crops? Why are some squash referred to as "summer" squash, while others are called "winter" squash? We'll answer these questions and many more, plus give great tips on planting, care and when to harvest Cucurbits!
