Gardening for Beginners in Four Classes - San Jose

In this 4-session class, you'll learn science-based practices from UC Master Gardeners of Santa Clara County. You'll learn about basic plant needs and why knowing them is crucial; how to choose the best plants for your garden; how to get your garden in shape so your plants will thrive. There will be hands-on experiences throughout the classes which will take what you are learning and put it into practice.
- The first three classes on Wednesdays, 6–8 pm — February 8, February 15, and February 22 — will be held at Camden Community Center, 3369 Union Ave., San Jose, CA 95124.
- The last class on Saturday, 10 am–noon, February 25, will be held at the UC Master Gardener Demonstration Garden at Martial Cottle Park, 5283 Snell Ave., San Jose, CA 95136.
