So many reasons to find this a better or alternative way to grow vegetables: no or little land, excess shade on garden beds, unamended adobe soil. The talk will provide ways to have fresh herbs and vegetables, flowers and even fruit trees. Size and shape of containers, what to put in them, fertilizing regimens and other topics will be discussed.
