It’s summer and the tomatoes, peppers and squash are bursting out of your garden. But what will you eat from the garden when fall and winter arrive? Come hear Master Gardener Sue Zaslaw talk about vegetables you can grow in the Fall and Spring in our Mediterranean climate. Eat from your garden year-round. Among the vegetables covered will be cole crops like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage; greens like spinach and chard, root vegetables like carrots and beets; and peas.
